Southern Cross Classic – Geelong Arena

The Level 5 and 6 girl’s final competition for the year, the Southern Cross Classic was held on November 18-19th at the Geelong Arena.

This competition was the toughest for the year as it included all Limited Hours gymnasts from across Victoria, but the girls sure did our club proud. In a very strong field, we were able to achieve the following results:

Level 6
Kara: 3rd place on beam in the Over 14s Age Division!
Level 5
Helena: 2nd place on beam, 4th place on Floor, 10th AA in the Under 12 Age Division!
Level 5 team (Helena, Lola, Lara, Rocio, Jess) placed 15th out of 33 teams, a huge effort!
