Nat has embraced coaching whole heartedly by –
- preparing well thought out and innovative lesson plans, in her own time
- has achieved full focus and good behavior from her gymnasts
- her gymnasts are progressing steadily and constantly through the recreational program, hitting all the required skills and many will go up to the next level
- She steps in for other coaches to sub and she supervises our beginner coaches actively. Giving direction and feedback.
- She communicates with the other coaches, parents and staff willingly and effectively
- She embodies the clubs mission statement and values
