Tumbling incorporates skills from artistic gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics and acrobatic gymnastics, coached by Advanced level coaches.
It involves flips, jumps, rolls, somersaults and handsprings which can be linked together into performance routine. You will learn how to move your body in many different ways, learning how to roll, handstand and cartwheel. You will learn correct technique for forwards and backwards flips and somersaults mixing all these techniques into multiple twisting and somersaulting skills. This class is suitable for boys, girls and teenagers who have experience in Gymnastics with strength, flexibility and coordination as a pre requisite.
We are currently conducting Intermediate and Advanced Tumbling classes and will launch a beginners class in 2017.
